Hyperbaric chamber treatment, close to home.

What hyperbaric oxygen is

You breathe pure oxygen. The pressure does the rest.

Inside the chamber the air pressure is raised to two to two and a half times normal. At that pressure your blood carries many times more oxygen than it can at sea level, and that oxygen reaches tissue that normal circulation cannot feed.

That is what a stuck wound, a radiated jaw, or an infected bone is missing. Give it oxygen, day after day, and the body can do what it already knows how to do: grow new vessels, fight infection, and close.

Conditions we treat

Every condition here is on the Medicare and Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society list of approved uses. We do not treat conditions that are not.

Wounds that will not heal

Surgical wounds, pressure sores, and other wounds stuck for weeks.

Skin grafts and flaps at risk

A graft or flap from surgery that is turning dusky or failing.

Crush injuries

Severe limb injuries where swelling threatens the tissue.

Radiation injury to soft tissue

Pain, bleeding, or wounds months or years after radiation.

Radiation injury to bone

Jaw or other bone damaged by radiation, before or after dental work.

Chronic bone infection

Osteomyelitis that keeps coming back despite antibiotics and surgery.

Diabetes and your feet

The wound is what we treat. And it is covered.

A diabetic foot ulcer that has not closed after a month of good wound care is one of the clearest cases for the chamber. Medicare pays for it. So do most plans.

We will also tell you what oxygen does not do: it does not reverse neuropathy. If that is what you are chasing, we say so at the first visit.

Your team.

Your doctors stay your doctors

A real course.

Not a sample

Healing takes weeks. We schedule the whole course up front so you are never guessing when you come in.

From first call to last session

Your treatment journey

01

Evaluation

A visit with our physician. We review your condition, your records, and whether oxygen under pressure is an approved treatment for it. If it is not, we tell you.

02

Coverage check

Before anything is scheduled we verify your Medicare or insurance benefits and tell you what to expect.

03

Your course

Most courses are 20 to 40 sessions, Monday through Friday. We book the whole course so your calendar is set.

04

Each session

About two hours. You change into cotton scrubs, lie down in the chamber, and the pressure rises slowly over ten minutes. You clear your ears like on a plane. Then you rest, nap, or watch TV while you breathe oxygen.

05

Progress

Wounds are measured and photographed on a schedule. Your referring doctor gets notes. If something is not working, we say so.

Sessions run about two hours. Most people read, nap, or watch TV.

Research and evidence

Approved because it works.

Every condition we treat has published trials behind it and a Medicare coverage line. Watch how the treatment goes, then read the studies.
